Preventative by Design

Built by a clinician, not a software company.

Most systems are built to respond after a leave, a resignation, or crisis. PRA-Pulse was built to act before that point, rooted in two decades of it's founder's clinical experience showing that early signals, caught in time, change outcomes.

Our Story

Across two decades working at the intersection of clinical and community mental health, psychological risk management, and organizational wellness, the same pattern kept surfacing in therapy rooms, boardrooms, and municipal offices alike: anxiety, burnout, and conflict build quietly, harden into culture, and only become visible once they're expensive - in health, performance, and liability.

PRA-Pulse™ was built to catch that pattern earlier. It's the applied, structural arm of the Psychological Risk Architecture™ (PRA) framework, bringing organizations the same early-detection advantage clinicians have long used with individuals, now built for teams.

Our Vision

A future where psychological risk is treated with the same structural rigor as any other operational risk. A future where workplaces catch anxiety, burnout, and conflict as early, addressable signals - not after they've already cost a resignation, a leave, or a breakdown in trust.

Our Mission

PRA-Pulse exists to give leaders real, structural visibility into the human risk building beneath the surface, without compromising the privacy that makes honest signal possible. We built it to close the gap between when strain begins and when it's finally named, so leaders can act while there's still room to change the outcome.
