Employees
A calm hub with their check-in, their own history, a weekly focus and a toolkit of practical techniques. No bands, no labels, no diagnosis.
How it works
PRA-Pulse is deliberately small for employees and deliberately precise for the people who respond. The loop repeats, so it's not a single bad day but the trajectory that drives every decision.
The loop
Each cycle adds one more point to every person's trajectory, which is what makes rising strain visible early.
Employees sign in to a co-branded hub and answer a 10-item, two-minute ABC (Anxiety, Burnout, Conflict) Pulse.
Each signal is scored 0–10 and assessed from its movement across cycles, then placed at Low, Rising or High.
Authorised HR or service-provider teams receive prioritised Confidential Care signals; leaders see grouped department reporting.
High signals alert the right support team, who can continue the case securely in their existing system.
What each persona sees
A calm hub with their check-in, their own history, a weekly focus and a toolkit of practical techniques. No bands, no labels, no diagnosis.
Department-level signal movement only, and only when at least five people have responded. Enough to act on pressure, never enough to identify a person.
Aggregate reporting plus Confidential Care: a prioritised worklist, care plans, outreach logging and audited identity reveal when support requires it.
